To the Dolomites (including the Sella Ronda event) and later to the French Alps with challenging climbs to Lacets de Montvernier, Alpe d'Huez and Galibier. Fantastic experiences.
We were a bit lucky with 'real cycling weather': nice sunshine, not too hot, not too cold.
